The Kick off meeting was planned to be in Florence, hosted by the coordinator Biblioteca di Pace. But due to the pandemic emergency it was organized on line on the 27th November 2020.

The group talked about the project and some thematic points concerning the project topic and management. Each partner introduced its organization; partners shared the “commons” development state of art for each country and the experience in the field. The process about commoning goods is interesting in terms of inclusion of unempowered people, the commons’ management from institutional point of view is also a matter of culture, the role of the law in those processes is different in each country. The partnership agreed to split the topic of a “usual” kick off meeting in some shorter online meetings to be more focused and clear in information.

Partners explored the tasks and decided to meet again focusing time by time on each task (time schedule to decide following meeting); they agreed to fix a next meeting in more or less 10 days and to try to use www.framadate.org to schedule it.

The partners organized more online meetings in order to deal with the organizational issues of the project.
